Mushroom Head Deck Screws.
Regular screws create a dimple in the decking that we feel is unnecessary and unsightly. Mushroom head screws are able to auto-trim the excess shavings that create these dimples. In addition, they are dual threaded, to clamp your decking tight to the joists and eliminate squeaks and soft spots.

Below Frost Footings
Even the smallest deck will heave and crack if its footings are not dug below the frost line. To ensure this will never happen, we dig our footings 36 inches below the surface and anchor the posts directly into the concrete with Simpson Connectors, which eliminates post rot and ensures maximum structural integrity.
